Pizza shops change owners, recipes, and employees all the time. Sciarrino's hasn't. Many of the same people have spent years working the ovens, stretching dough, slicing hoagie meats, building cheesesteaks, and handing orders across the same counter.
That matters because consistency is not something a restaurant can fake. The pizza you order today should taste like the pizza you remember ordering years ago. At Sciarrino's, it does, because many of the people making it are still the same.
